Designed and manufactured in 6 months, the project started from thermal go-kart data collection. Our electric go-kart powertrain is the best in class in performance and safety, and the only one on the market able to compete with its thermal engine competitors.

Challenges

Custom 400V Architecture including all safety features: Insolation measurement, HV Interlock, Cells monitoring, current monitoring
Custom battery: usable energy 5kWh, power 52kW, weight 38kg (including cooling)
Motor : power 35kW in race mode, up to 40 kW in qualification mode. Top speed from 115 km/h up to 140 km/h (gear ratio adjustable)
Software : Power management (modes, derating… etc.), pit limiter, failure, and default management
HMI: screen, LEDs, Buzzer
Total powertrain weight: 55 kg
Range: 20 to 25 minutes in race mode
